Michael Gabrielus. He has no last name that he knows of.

History:
Michael...a strange name for an angel you may think. You wouldn't be alone there, the Angelic council barely approved of the conditions of Michael's conception nevermind his name. It just wasn't done for the Archangels to have familes, though many did so in secret. Gabriel however, choose to break the mould and to widely advertise the fact he was the father of two boys and a girl, much to the anger of the council. Fourtunately for Gabriel, he was in a higher position of authority than many of the angels who could have caused trouble for his family. They were safe for the most part of their life.
His mother was completely unknown to him although it was likely that she was an angel of a lesser position on the council and that she was not the mother of his elder brother or sister. Whenever Michael brought up the subject, Gabriel would change the topic of conversation completely or simply ask Michael if the family he had wasn't good enough for him, meaning an endless source of frustration for the boy. As any young child would be, he was curious and it certainly wouldn't go away. This lead to his lifelong motto;
"Curiousity killed the cat...satisfaction brought it back."
After a few years and after growing into a fairly normal teenager, albeit one with a rather "unhealthy" interest in angelic wars and history, Michael made a choice on which he couldn't go back on. It would stick with him throughout his life and lead him to disgrace in the Heavenly world. Branded a traitor, he was sent to earth to redeem himself in anyway he could with the weight of his father and brother's dissappointment weighing on his shoulders.
Appearance:
Standing at a modest 5 foot, 8 inches tall, Michael can't be said to be one of the most imposing creatures ever to have walked the earth, especially considering his father and brother both stand at at least 6 foot tall, leaving Michael convinced he inherited his height from his mother. Unfortunately along with this height, Michael is also exceptionally skinny, to the point where all his bones seem to stick out at awkward angles. His face is angular and not particularly handsome in a normal way, though there's still a little something about him even if he generally puts this down to his Angelic origins.
Over the years he allowed his hair to grow to just past his shoulders, where it hangs poker straight but curling slightly at the ends. His hair is also a jet black colour, which leaves him very much at odds with his father's light brown, sandy coloured hair. Michael's eyes do not, however stand out much. The colour could uninspiringly be compared to the colour of mud, giving him a dull, sadened look about him. Despite having uniform eyes, Michael instead has unusually long eyelashes for a boy, giving him a slighly effeminate look in certain lights.
Michael can be found wearing the same clothes day in, day out. Afterall, being an Angel, he never has to change them. Everyday he'll wear the same blue jeans, ripped at the knee with a black t-shirt that looks ever so slightly faded by sunlight, and over the top his ankle length black leather trenchcoat. Black trainers adorn his feet and never seem to wear down.
Personality:
Quiet and reflective, Michael doesn't usually speak unless spoken to around people he doesn't know, especially since he is usually trying to protect himself. Not many people take kindly to a twenty four year old angel in a fifteen year olds body when they start smarting back. Most of the time he will simply keep thoughts to himself and walk away from confrontations, feeling that this will benefit him more in the long run, especially since he has no healing powers and takes as long, if not longer than a human to heal after a fight. Unfortunately, when pushed too far, Michael wont hold back and will instead let loose on whoever is in his way. When he snaps, Michael doesn't know when to stop and this has lead him into trouble with the Angelic council on more than one occasion.
Despite his apparent betrayal, Michael knows he isn't a bad person. He takes no joy in cold blooded torture or murder and is physically repulsed by violence, partially because of his pure angelic blood. It's because of this that he knows that eventually he will begin to redeem himself, simply because his mind compells him to.
